All Access staffs are very carefully selected for the quality of their capability, their background, their high level of suitability to guide students, and their support for the access Education Network philosophy which is a very strong element of the care we provide. They come to us through our own unique network; we then thoroughly examine their personal and professional references and also conduct the appropriate checks. Regular staff training meetings also enhance our staffs' skills in working with students and understanding their duties of care and communication.
